Futbolitos is expanding beyond Málaga through carefully selected licensing partnerships.

 

Since 2023, Futbolitos has been pioneering a unique approach to early childhood football in Málaga, Spain—one built on play, development, and joy rather than competition.

 

At the heart of Futbolitos is Coach Raúl, who has been coaching children aged 2 to 16 for 25 years across Spain and the United States. For over a decade, he directed a large-scale youth football program in San Francisco, California, working across childcare centers, preschools, after-school programs, and public parks.

This experience shaped the Futbolitos methodology: a program specifically designed for early childhood, where play, confidence, emotional development, and enjoyment come before competition.

 

Now back in Spain, Coach Raúl works with the youngest children, whose curiosity, energy, and spontaneity are at the core of what makes Futbolitos unique. Since 2023, the program has grown organically in Málaga, continuously refining its approach through direct work with families and young children.

 

Today, Futbolitos is a complete, field-tested program with a distinctive methodology and proven curriculum. We are now making the Futbolitos program available through licensing partnerships with educators and organizations who share our vision of bringing developmentally appropriate football to young children in their communities.
