Futbolitos started with a simple observation: traditional football training doesn't work for young children.
After 25 years of coaching kids ages 2-16 and running a youth football program serving 3,000+ children annually in San Francisco, Coach Raúl Díaz learned that young children don't need pressure or competition—they need play, structure, and encouragement.

Children learn football skills naturally, often without realizing they're being coached.
In 2023, Coach Raúl brought this approach home to Málaga. What started organically with a few families has grown through word-of-mouth as parents see how engaged and happy their children are.
Today, Futbolitos partners with educational centers across Málaga and is expanding to new communities through carefully selected licensing partnerships.
That experience became the Futbolitos methodology, now refined in Málaga since 2023:
