Futbolitos limits the processing of minors’ data to what is strictly necessary for the organisation and development of activities.

3. Purpose of data processing

Personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

Managing registrations for extracurricular activities, camps, and programmes carried out in schools
Organising, coordinating, and delivering sports and educational activities
Communicating with families regarding the development of the activities
Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of minors during activities
Complying with legal and administrative obligations
Sending informational communications related to Futbolitos (non-commercial, unless express consent has been given)

4. Processing of minors’ data

In accordance with Article 8 of the GDPR and Article 7 of the LOPDGDD:

The processing of personal data of minors under 14 years of age will only take place with the express consent of the parent or legal guardian.
The adult providing the data declares that they hold parental authority or legal guardianship over the minor.
Futbolitos applies enhanced protection measures and maximum diligence in the processing of minors’ data.

Minors’ data will not be used for commercial purposes nor shared with third parties without a valid legal basis.

5. Use of images (photos and videos)

During activities, camps, or school programmes, Futbolitos may take photographs and/or record videos for the following purposes:

Documenting the activities carried out
Internal organisational or educational use
Publication on the Futbolitos website, social media channels, and promotional materials

Consent for the use of images

The use of images of minors will always require the prior, express, and specific consent of the parent or legal guardian.
This consent will be separate from the registration consent and may be withdrawn at any time.
Under no circumstances will images of minors be associated with fully identifiable personal data.

6. Legal basis for processing

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is:

The express consent of the data subject or their legal representative
The performance of a contract (registration for activities)
Compliance with legal obligations

Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to its withdrawal.

Personal data will be retained:

For as long as the relationship with the family or educational centre is maintained
For the time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which the data was collected
For the periods required by applicable law

Afterwards, the data will be securely deleted.
