4. Processing of minors’ data
In accordance with Article 8 of the GDPR and Article 7 of the LOPDGDD:

The processing of personal data of minors under 14 years of age will only take place with the express consent of the parent or legal guardian.

The adult providing the data declares that they hold parental authority or legal guardianship over the minor.

During activities, camps, or school programmes, Futbolitos may take photographs and/or record videos for the following purposes:
